Abstract
The Alma Mater Journal has provided a space to the V Ibero-American and European Congress held in Spain on November 9 and 10, 2017, for the socialization of academic productions as a result of this Congress, through a special edition, which encloses a transcendental global theme, of great actuality and impact in all nations of the world, such as MIGRATION, analyzed from a transversal approach from the different branches of law and related sciences, under the criteria of interdisciplinarity and multi-fields, in order to study the subject as a globalized phenomenon.
“Migrations and its transversality”, has sought an exchange of knowledge and experiences among the different participating countries, which although they are dissimilar in their regulations and economic development, have in common the interest for the preservation of their cultural roots and customs; it is clear that migration has been a phenomenon that goes back to the history of mankind causing demographic changes, influencing the deculturation of nations by the influence they receive from migrants.
