Abstract
The purpose of this article is to provide the reader with a schematic and explanatory view of the hiring of foreigners in Peru, especially in the hiring of workers of Venezuelan nationality, given the recent migratory explosion of people from this country that has broken the traditional paradigm of considering Peru as a country not receiving labor force of other nationalities, but migrant.
